The Old Hickory Garage comes in two styles: Lofted and Utility.
Both garages come in 10’, 12′, 14′ and 16′ widths and up to 40’ long.
The Utility Garage includes extra high 7’8″ walls, 12″ on center floor joists, a roll up garage door (opening is 7’ tall and 8’ or 9’ wide), one solid walk-in door, and one 2′ x 3′ window. Painted 1st color is free. Doors, Windows, Shelving, and Workbenches are available. Inside wall height is 7′ 6″. Standard snow load is 30 PSF, 60 and 140 are available.
